Who we are
Global Butterflies is an award-winning organisation, created in 2015, to bring better awareness to the business sector about the benefits of recruiting and training trans and nonbinary people.
By working closely with companies, we help organisations take their next step to be more trans & nonbinary inclusive (& LGBTQIA+ Inclusive)
What We Do
Global Butterflies work with clients by offering training and consulting solutions (either face to face or virtually), advice and support.
We have worked with over 160 corporate clients in 12 jurisdictions including the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Hong Kong.
Our aim is to assist organisations to ensure that they support their trans and non-binary employees (and services to trans & nonbinary clients) through attraction, recruitment, promotion, transition, and healthcare.
In addition to general awareness sessions, we offer workshops for; Leaders, HR Teams, Managers, Front Line Staff, Talent Teams, Allies and offer many other support services including policy reviews.
Much of our time and effort is donated to other trans & nonbinary causes via our charity fund which raises money to support the UK trans & nonbinary community (Click Here)
We passionately believe that companies that undertake trans and nonbinary inclusivity training will naturally perform better, as their whole workforce and competitiveness will be positivity affected.
