Who we are
Established in 2015 by Rachel Reese, Global Butterflies was created to bring awareness of trans and non-binary issues to the business sector. By working closely with companies, our hope is to help organisations adopt a zero-tolerance approach to trans-phobic behaviour and attitudes, while also taking steps to help them become more inclusive in their cultures.
In 2018, Emma Cusdin joined Global Butterflies, bringing with her a great deal of experience in the trans and non-binary inclusion space from her work with Trans*formation.
What we do
Global Butterflies work with clients by offering training solutions, advice and support. We have also worked with clients in Europe, US, Canada and Hong Kong (2020).
