Who we are
Established in 2015, Global Butterflies was created to bring awareness of trans and non-binary issues to the business sector. By working closely with companies, our hope is to help organisations adopt a zero-tolerance approach to trans-phobic behaviour and attitudes, while also taking steps to help them become more inclusive in their cultures.
What we do
Global Butterflies work with clients by offering training and consulting solutions (either face to face or virtually), advice and support. We have worked with clients in the UK, Europe, US, Canada and Hong Kong.
We know that creating a diverse and inclusive culture will not only attract high calibre applicants and increase your talent pool but could have other advantages including:

Our aim is to work with you to ensure that you support your trans and non-binary employees and clients through all of your systems and processes.
We offer workshops for; Leaders, HR Teams, Managers, Front Line Staff, Talent Teams, Allies and also offer many other support services including policy reviews. Much of our time, profit and effort is donated to other LGBT+ causes.
We passionately believe that companies that undertake trans and non-binary inclusivity training will naturally perform better, as their whole workforce and competitiveness will be positivity affected.
